Living Trusts/Inter Vivos Trusts

We administer living trusts that can be beneficial in several family situations. Examples include divorce, remarriage, providing financial support for family members with special needs or who have trouble managing their financial affairs. Also known as inter vivos trusts, they are established during a person’s lifetime and can continue operating after death. Unlike a will, which may become public document, living trusts are confidential. Probate and administration fees may also be reduced.
