The RBC Wealth Management Generalist Program is a unique, rotational program offered to a select number of individuals each year. It is ideally suited to students who are interested in the wealth management industry but are not ready to commit to a career in one particular area immediately upon graduation. While in the program, individuals can expect to be exposed to many facets of a leading global wealth management organization.
