Bee Leng Phua is the Chief Operating Officer for RBC Wealth Management Asia, overseeing the region\u2019s strategic operations and driving sustainable growth. She partners with the Asia leadership team to develop and implement key initiatives, while also leading a centralized team of Business Managers and Assistant Private Bankers dedicated to optimizing front-office operations and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bee Leng brings over 25 years of experience to her role. She joined RBC in 2018 and was appointed Head of Business Transformation Group (BTG) for APAC in 2020. In this capacity, she spearheaded a regional team responsible for project management, ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of RBC\u2019s strategic objectives. Prior to RBC, Bee Leng spent 15 years at Credit Suisse and held earlier positions at SAP Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bee Leng is passionate about community and citizenship. She chairs RBC\u2019s Asia Diversity Leadership Council, collaborating with colleagues across the region to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
