Floriana (Ana) Cici is vice president and head of Business Operations with RBC PH&N Investment Counsel. Working with all levels of the business, she delivers PH&N Investment Counsel\u2019s strategic priorities, establishing strong collaboration and partnerships with key stakeholders and groups across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her extensive experience in the financial industry includes progressive positions at a Canadian multinational financial services company, transitioning from personal banking officer to associate director, Corporate Banking. Floriana was head of Reconciliation Governance and Control for RBC Capital Markets before she joined PH&N Investment Counsel in October 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then, Floriana’s led the operational strategy, business management and technology roadmap for the firm. She also maintains vendor relationships and liaises with legal, compliance and regulatory groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Floriana holds a Master of Business Administration from Thompson Rivers University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Psychology and Business Administration. A believer in lifelong learning, she’s currently pursuing a certificate in big data, data analytics and predictive analytics from Ryerson University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Active in her community, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Neuroendocrine Tumors Society (CNETs) and as chair of the Awareness Community of CNETs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
