AJ Delisle is regional vice president of Private Banking for Greater Toronto. He leads a high-performing team that delivers multifaceted wealth management strategies and enterprise solutions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, their families, and their businesses across the Greater Toronto Region. He also oversees non-resident strategies for our globally-connected clients. As a strong advocate for our clients, AJ ensures his team and partners deliver an elevated client and employee experience through best-in-class practice management routines, balanced with a strong focus on fundamentals and business performance outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over two decades of industry experience, AJ has built a reputation as a trusted advisor. Prior to joining Private Banking, AJ served as Vice President, Real Estate in British Columbia. In this role, he led a specialized team dedicated to delivering tailored financial solutions for developers, investors, and community builders. Since joining RBC in 2009, AJ has held various roles, including Commercial Account Manager, Financing Specialist, Senior Commercial Account Manager, Community Manager, and Director, Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond RBC, AJ is a respected thought leader who has shared his expertise with prominent organizations such as the Canadian Homebuilders Association, the Mortgage Investment Association of BC, and the Urban Development Institute.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

AJ is also deeply committed to community impact, actively fundraising over $200,000 for the RBC Race for the Kids in support of the BC Children\u2019s Hospital Foundation. In recognition of his remarkable commitment, he was inducted into the 2025 RBC Race for the Kids Hall of Heroes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
