He was formerly CEO of Brewin Dolphin Ireland from 2015-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matt\u2019s financial services career began in 1995 when he founded Tilman Asset Management with co-founder Raymond Tilson. Tilman was subsequently acquired by Brewin Dolphin in 2011.
