She heads up the support function and works in conjunction with the office\u2019s wealth managers and financial advisers to ensure the best client experience possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is also heavily involved in all the operational aspects of the office and is the main point of contact for projects around processes and systems. This has included improving the onboarding process, making it easier and more efficient for new clients.
