He has wide and technical knowledge of investments across asset classes including equities, fixed interest, collective investment vehicles and structured products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">David constructs and manages portfolios for a range of clients, including individuals, trusts, charities, companies, offshore bonds, and pension funds. He also works to safeguard the financial interests of people who have received compensation awards from the Court of Protection, and manages portfolios of clients of intermediaries, such as independent financial advisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A former Chelsea football coach, David graduated with a Mathematics degree from the University of York. He began his financial services career with an institutional trading firm in 2007 and joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2010 as a Trainee Investment Manager. He became Investment Manager in 2012 and Divisional Director in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of work, David enjoys playing sports\u2014particularly golf\u2014 and spending
