Other areas of expertise include helping clients manage the proceeds of medical negligence or personal injury claims and assisting Court of Protection Deputies by managing funds for people lacking the mental capacity to manage their own affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peter became a partner in stockbrokers Hill Osborne in 1978, where he worked as an Investment Manager and was also Head of Research. He joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2000 when the two companies merged.
