He helped to steer them through the financial challenges of the last few years, ensuring their objectives stayed on course despite market volatility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tom began his financial services career in 1997 with a small London-based consultancy firm, where he worked with clients including major insurance companies and occupational pension schemes.
