He works with them on retirement planning strategies and has expertise in environmental, social and governance (ESG) and ethical investing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andy worked for a financial adviser earlier in his career and played a key role in establishing one of our first discretionary fund teams focused on partnering with IFAs, at the Cardiff office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andy began his financial career in 2007 working for a financial advisory firm before moving to RBC Brewin Dolphin to help create the discretionary fund team. He became Assistant Director in 2017. Andy is a Chartered Wealth Manager holding the highest Level 7 qualification via the Chartered Institute for Securities &amp; Investment (CISI). He is also a Fellow with the CISI.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
