She helps to ensure the team runs smoothly in areas such as research distribution to the investment community, team infrastructure, governance and oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marina is responsible for managing relationship with external research and data providers. She also liaises with other key stakeholders across the group to ensure well-coordinated and aligned approach, which involves participating in relevant governing forums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marina began her financial services career at UniCredit in 2011 at foreign exchange derivatives trading desk and soon after she became a business analyst for Global Markets. She joined Deutsche Bank in 2015 in a strategic analytics and transformation role.
