This includes ensuring that business systems and processes work smoothly for both investment managers and financial planners as well as clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She ensures that team communications are strong and that the group gets the best out of all its people and processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maria has spent over 30 years working with private clients. She has worked at a senior level within the private client divisions of Harrods Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Bank of Boston and the Boston Company, a subsidiary of American Express.
