He provides wealth planning and investment advice to high-net-worth, financially complex individuals with varied backgrounds including entrepreneurs, business executives, professionals and those with inherited wealth. He also looks after families and trusts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His role includes helping entrepreneurs and business owners through the stages of a sale and creating a strategy for their future personal finances. He also advises on general issues such as estate planning, inheritance tax and retirement. He is a strong advocate of cashflow modelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tom has provided advice for over 25 years. He joined RBC Brewin Dolphin from UBS Wealth Management where he spent nine years as a senior advisor. He is a chartered wealth manager, a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities &amp; Investment and an Associate of the Personal Finance
