This law requires businesses to disclose the categories of personal information they have collected about consumers in California, the purpose for collecting this information and whether this information is sold. Consumers have the right to request data that RBC Bank (Georgia), N.A. has collected on them and may request that RBC New York Credit Branch delete data pertaining to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may submit a verifiable consumer request by contacting us by telephone at&nbsp;1-800-ROYAL53 (<a href=\"tel:1-800-769-2553\">1-800-769-2553<\/a>) or by following&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbcbank.com\/cross-border\/ccpa-consumer-privacy-request.html\" class=\"link-external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link<\/a>&nbsp;to make a consumer request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your request is verified, we will promptly take steps to disclose and deliver, free of charge to you, the personal information required by the CCPA.
