Available for clients on mobile devices, the RBC Wealth Management Online app is free on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/wm-online-app\/id1303918711?ls=1&amp;mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">App Store<\/a>\u00ae or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.rbc.clientmobility.us.prod\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Play<\/a>\u2122.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients who have already registered for access to RBC Wealth Management Online can log-in using the same user ID and password as the desktop version. Once you\u2019ve found the \u201cRBC WM Online U.S.\u201d app, proceed to download. On iOS, you will be required to enter your Apple ID, use Touch ID or Face ID to install, and on Android you may be required to enter your password to install.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-secure-access\">Secure access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Simply log in using the same user ID and password you use to access the desktop version of RBC Wealth Management Online. Enable two-step authentication to add an extra layer of security by requiring a passcode in addition to your user ID and password. Certain cash management features will require that you use two-step authentication to confirm your identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cash-management\">Cash management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transfer funds<\/strong>: The RBC Wealth Management Online mobile app provides three ways to move money between accounts you own\u2014between two internal accounts, from an external account depositing to an internal account and from an internal account to an external account. You can view the status of a transfer funds request or cancel a scheduled transfer directly from the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bill pay<\/strong>: Conveniently make payments to merchants or to individual payees. Enrollment required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Debit card management<\/strong>: Manage your debit cards and create travel notices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mobile-check-deposit\">Mobile check deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With mobile check deposit, you can quickly and easily deposit a check to your eligible non-retirement accounts by taking a photo of the front and back of an endorsed check with your device\u2019s integrated camera. Follow the steps within the app to select which account to deposit into, verify deposit amounts and capture check images.\u00b9 There is a daily deposit limit of $100,000 and a monthly deposit limit of $250,000. The feature is available for checks less than 6 months old from the date of issue and non-postdated.\u00b2 Once the deposit is made, you will receive a confirmation via email, and your advisor will be notified<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-performance-and-enhancements\">Performance and enhancements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To get the best performance and security, confirm your device is running the latest version of iOS or Android.
