She served her longest tenure in the Business Technology group as Senior Technology Training Consultant; Recruit Team Lead, Technology Engagement &amp; Adoption; and Sr. Technology Experience Consultant. For the past year, Dolan has served as Financial Advisor Onboarding Experience Manager, utilizing her tech experience to bolster the firm\u2019s recruiting efforts. Dolan helped build and roll out a virtual recruiting platform in response to the pivot to remote work at the start of the pandemic.<\/p> <p>\u201cEverything we\u2019ve done in the last year has been rooted in pivoting to more robust digital offerings \u2013 both for our clients and for the advisors we are bringing onto our platform,\u201d said Tom Sagissor, President of RBC Wealth Management\u2013U.S. \u201cEven as the U.S. economy re-opens, this digitally enabled approach will become increasingly important in order for firms to compete and win. Amanda\u2019s deep knowledge in this area will not only help us maintain the competitive recruiting position we\u2019ve established in recent years, but also accelerate it to a whole new level.\u201d<\/p> <p>In her new role, Dolan will oversee a team of 15 professionals and work directly with branch directors, complex directors and divisional directors on effectively telling the RBC Wealth Management\u2013U.S. story in order to attract the best advisors and teams in the business, with a special focus on continuing to attract more diverse advisors to the firm.
