RBC Wealth Management\u2019s offices will close at noon local time. <\/p> <p>     This year marks the 155th anniversary of Juneteenth (\u201cJune\u201d plus \u201cnineteenth\u201d). On June 19, 1865, Union General Gordon Granger and his regiment arrived in Galveston, Texas to spread the good news that the Civil War had ended and all enslaved African Americans had been freed by President Lincoln\u2019s signing of the Emancipation Proclamation.
