Krause, who leads an all-women team of financial professionals, received the award at the firm\u2019s Women\u2019s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA) conference earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krause is a passionate coach and confidante in WAFA\u2019s mentoring program and helps attract more women to the firm through her involvement in women-centric recruiting events. Her commitment to these initiatives demonstrates her dedication to diversity, inclusion and the advancement of women in finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMentorship and the importance of empowering women as leaders are concepts instilled in me by my mother since I can remember.
