MINNEAPOLIS, (June 2, 2026)\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong>\u2014\u00a0RBC Wealth Management \u2013 U.S. is excited to announce Kristen Kimmell is rejoining the firm as West Divisional Director, effective June 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After five years serving as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Osaic, Kimmell is returning to RBC, the place where she launched her career in wealth management.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited about the opportunity to return to RBC,\u201d said Kimmell. \u201cThe West division has tremendous growth opportunities and I am eager to work with RBC\u2019s talented advisors to bring the best of RBC to clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her return marks a milestone appointment for one of the nation’s leading full-service wealth management organizations. Kimmell becomes the first woman to hold a Divisional Director role at RBC Wealth Management \u2013 a distinction that reflects both her exceptional career and the firm’s commitment to building a leadership team that reflects the full breadth of the talent available in this industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimmell joins at a moment of strong momentum for RBC Wealth Management in the U.S. and brings with her <\/em>a career built on developing talent, deepening client relationships and building teams that win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimmell’s career in financial services spans more than 30 years, the majority of which were spent at RBC. She started in the industry at Dain Bosworth, which was eventually acquired by RBC, and advanced through a series of varied leadership roles across RBC\u2019s Capital Markets and Wealth Management business lines. Among her previous executive roles at RBC Wealth Management \u2013 U.S., Kimmell has served as Chief of Staff, Head of Liquidity and Lending Solutions, and Head of Advisor Recruiting and Field Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimmell is a longstanding advocate for women in financial services. During her time at RBC, she served as co-executive sponsor of the firm’s Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA) and led several initiatives focused on recruiting and advancing women into advisor and leadership roles across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kimmell holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration from the University of Jamestown and has passed FINRA Series 7 and 24 exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
