MINNEAPOLIS (December 14, 2022)<\/strong> \u2013 Shareen Luze, Head of Culture and Field Experience at RBC Wealth Management \u2013 U.S., has been recognized as one of Twin Cities Business<\/em> magazine\u2019s 100 people to know in the Minnesota business community in 2023.<\/p>

The magazine publishes its \u201cTCB 100\u201d list each year, composed of CEOs, founders, philanthropists, government officials and business leaders likely to make news and drive change in the year ahead. Luze and the other 2023 recipients were honored Dec. 8 evening at a reception in Minneapolis.<\/p>

\u201cIt comes as no surprise that Shareen Luze made this list of top Twin Cities leaders,\u201d said Michael Armstrong, CEO of RBC Wealth Management \u2013 U.S. \u201cHer dedication to fostering a welcoming workplace that helps all our employees reach their full potential is evident. She has built her career and professional reputation around providing compassionate advice and counsel to employees, managers and leaders.\u201d <\/p>

Luze joined RBC Wealth Management in 2006. In her current role, she serves as the company\u2019s key champion of the employee experience and is dedicated to preserving and promoting the firm\u2019s unique culture. She provides oversight and counsel on workplace strategy, and oversees the implementation of the firm\u2019s diversity and inclusion strategy. She is co-executive chair of the firm\u2019s Diversity Leadership Council and executive sponsor of the RBC Wealth Management Women\u2019s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA).<\/p>

She is also on the board of directors for the Tubman Center, which promotes safe and healthy individuals and families through education and support services. <\/p>

Prior to RBC Wealth Management, Luze practiced employment law at a Minneapolis law firm. She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law. <\/p>
