As the head of Wealth Planning at RBC Wealth Management\u2013U.S., Bobby drives the overall wealth planning strategy for the firm, including the integration and advancement of wealth planning technologies and tools\u2014RBC WealthPlan and Total Wealth. He leads the Wealth Planning strategists and associates, who are focused on helping financial advisors provide their clients with clarity and confidence in their financial future through personalized, goals-based wealth planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bobby joined RBC in 2018 as the firm\u2019s first Wealth Planning associate and established the Wealth Planning Associate (WPA) program. Today, the program has associates serving all advisors across the U.S., with more than 20 successful WPA program graduates advancing in their careers as the next generation of financial advisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bobby has more than 24 years of financial service industry experience. Prior to joining RBC, Bobby was with JPMorganChase, where he held leadership positions across their branch network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Bobby is an actively involved father who spends his time volunteering as a coach for his children\u2019s sports teams and supporting their activities at church and school.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
