In her role as head of business administration for RBC Wealth Management\u2013U.S., Shareen Luze dedicates herself to ensuring the firm\u2019s purpose-driven culture and strong values are at the core of every business decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shareen develops human-centric programs and strategies to help make sure the firm provides superior client and employee experiences. She also oversees the implementation of the firm\u2019s diversity and inclusion strategy and serves as co-executive sponsor of the firm\u2019s Diversity Leadership Council and executive sponsor of the Women\u2019s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shareen has built a career around providing compassionate advice and counsel to employees, managers and leaders. She joined RBC in 2006 as an associate general counsel, then transitioned to Human Resources in 2008 and became director of the U.S. Employee Relations team. In 2012, she took on additional responsibilities for workplace risk management before she was appointed head of human resources in 2018. Prior to joining RBC, she worked as a senior associate counsel at a Minneapolis law firm, practicing in the areas of employment counseling and litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She earned a bachelor\u2019s degree with honors from the University of Michigan and graduated cum laude<\/em> from Hamline University School of Law. Shareen currently serves on the board of directors for the Tubman Center, which promotes safe and healthy individuals and families through education and support services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When she\u2019s not in the office, Shareen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
