Vikesh is the Private Client Group operating officer. As such, his team works closely with field leaders and financial advisors to advance the long-term strategy of the firm and to ultimately deliver the Wealth Management platform to financial advisors and clients. Additionally, his consulting team works directly with financial advisors to enhance the client experience and to help grow their business. Vikesh helps guide the long-term management of the firm\u2019s advisor and branch management compensation programs and oversees the strategy development and administration of the programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vikesh joined RBC Wealth Management\u2013U.S. in 2001 and has been instrumental in helping leadership develop \u201cMetrics that Matter\u201d\u2014a focus that has driven advisor productivity and overall firm growth. Before joining RBC Wealth Management, he worked as a senior consultant at Deloitte and as a financial analyst at U.S. Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vikesh earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kolkata and a Master of Business Administration in banking and finance from Case Western Reserve University. He\u2019s also a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of trustees for the Walker Art Center and as a member of the RBC Wealth Management \u2013 U.S. Diversity Leadership Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Outside of work, Vikesh enjoys playing soccer with his two boys, watching India\u2019s national cricket team and traveling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
