Il veille \u00e0 ce que son \u00e9quipe et ses partenaires respectent nos engagements en service client\u00e8le et cr\u00e9e un environnement dans lequel les employ\u00e9s peuvent s\u2019\u00e9panouir, tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. Son style de leadership ax\u00e9 sur la collaboration, sa gestion exemplaire des activit\u00e9s professionnelles courantes et son souci de se concentrer sur l\u2019essentiel favorisent des r\u00e9sultats commerciaux de premier ordre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant \u00e0 c\u0153ur d\u2019apporter sa contribution aux collectivit\u00e9s, M.&nbsp;Fetherstonhaugh fait du b\u00e9n\u00e9volat aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs organismes de bienfaisance, notamment au sein du conseil d\u2019administration du Glenbow Alberta Institute (mus\u00e9e Glenbow), et poursuit ses activit\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9voles afin de promouvoir la riche mosa\u00efque culturelle de la r\u00e9gion des Praires. Il soutient aussi activement la diversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion. Le perfectionnement du personnel et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un environnement o\u00f9 tous les employ\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre eux-m\u00eames le passionnent.
