MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (August 11, 2014) – RBC Wealth Management-U.S. announced that Michael Rose has joined the firm as senior manager - Professional and Practice Development. Rose is based in Minneapolis and reports to Ward Ring, managing director of Wealth Management Consulting.
In his new role, Rose leads a team of dedicated coaching and training professionals who are passionate about helping financial advisors and their partners grow their business, provide superior client service and create a fulfilling work experience.

Rose a former financial advisor who built a successful practice in Sarasota, Florida before moving to Minnesota in 2009. He spent several years working with a premier practice management consultancy, helping advisors around the country fine-tune their processes and create roadmaps for transformation.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University. He is a member of the National Speakers Association and loves creating presentations that inspire genuine behavior change and remind people of their vast potential.
