Employee resource groups

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) bring together employees who share a common identity, characteristics and set of interests. They create a culture of inclusion that enhances employee engagement and further supports our organisational vision and values.

In Europe, we offer active ERGs with full executive involvement, including:

  • iCare – support working parents and carers, persons with disabilities (visible and non-visible) and help to activate RBC’s wellness priorities for all colleagues
  • Mosaic – promotes an inclusive workforce to enable everyone to thrive – irrespective of race, nationality, ethnicity, religion or educational background – and to support RBC’s strategic priorities and collective ambition by leveraging our diverse cultural strengths
  • Pride – aim to support our LGBTQ+ community and Allies and promote RBC’s strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • RWomen – our gender network whose mission is to promote gender diversity and inclusion at RBC through advocacy and awareness
