Client assets

The manner in which we handle your assets is governed by the Client Asset Regulations (SI No 604 of 2017) issued by the Central Bank of Ireland and the European Union (Markets in Financial Instruments Regulations 2017(SI No. 375 of 2017) RBC Brewin Dolphin has prepared a Client Assets Key Information Document in order to:

1) Explain certain key features of the Regulations and the Regulatory Guidance;

2) Provide you with information pertaining to the arrangements to ensure that your assets are protected; and

3) Highlight any risks relating to your arrangements with us.
