(October 31, 2014) – RBC Wealth Management’s Diversity Leadership Council and PRIDE employee resource group were recently recognized as two of the top 25 employee resource groups (ERGs) and diversity councils in the nation. Top groups were honored at the 6th Annual ERG & Council Honors Award dinner and ceremony held recently at the 2014 ERG & Council Conference in Alexandria, Virginia.

The awards are presented by PRISM International, Inc., a diversity and inclusion training and consulting firm, and recognize ERGs and councils that have been in operation for two or more years and contribute to organizational diversity processes through achievements in: demonstrated results; management commitment; measurement and accountability; and communication and education. In its sixth year, the prestigious ERG & Council Honors Award™ recognizes and awards the outstanding contributions and achievements of U.S. ERGs and Diversity Councils that lead organizational diversity processes and demonstrate results in their workforce, workplace and marketplace.
