MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (August 2, 2019) – RBC Wealth Management – U.S. has been named one of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work, placing third in the large company category.

This is the first year RBC Wealth Management has participated in the contest. With more than 350 nominated companies, this year saw the highest number of participants ever.

The ranking was based on feedback provided through a confidential survey administered to all 1,600+ Minnesota RBC Wealth Management-U.S. employees. RBC is one of the largest employers in downtown Minneapolis.

“Being recognized by the Business Journal is exciting, but the fact that it’s employee feedback that earned us this distinction is most meaningful,” said Michael Armstrong, CEO of RBC Wealth Management. “It’s a true barometer for how our employees feel about working here – and that’s one of the highest compliments we can receive.”

“We’re passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that encourages growth and innovation,” said Shareen Luze, RBC Wealth Management Senior Director of Human Resources. “We want to continue to foster an environment that brings out the best in everyone.”
