RBC Wealth Management recognized for client experience training

MINNEAPOLIS (September 16, 2024) — RBC Wealth Management announced today that it has been awarded a WealthManagement.com 2024 Industry Award (the “Wealthies”) for a program aimed at enriching the client experience through a stronger focus on the holistic client relationship. The awards had a record breaking 1,000 entries from more than 400 companies in 2024.

The Client Experience 360 (CX360) program, developed by the firm’s Practice Management & Teams Group, was recognized for its ability to help financial advisors take a 360-degree view of the client experience with an eye toward enhancing all facets of a client’s interaction with the firm. The program highlights key elements such as a user-friendly digital experience, personalized wealth planning, best-in-class investment strategies and exceptional service.
