MINNEAPOLIS (October 23, 2025) — Beth Norman, financial advisor in RBC Wealth Management’s Madison, Wis. office, has been named the recipient of the firm’s 2025 Gail Winslow Award.

The annual award recognizes women at the firm who demonstrate exemplary efforts to help attract, support and retain women financial advisors, leaders and clients. Norman, the third-generation female leader of the Norman Fletchall Team, was presented with the award at the firm’s Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA) conference held earlier this month.

“Beth epitomizes what it means to be a leader, a mentor and a person that gives back to her community,” said Wally Chapman, Central Divisional Director at RBC Wealth Management. “Not only is she a true professional in guiding her clients on their financial journey, she has also served on many boards, mentored those on her team and is never afraid to raise her hand to volunteer when her skills are needed. It is a true honor having Beth as a colleague and I can’t think of anyone else more deserving of the Gail Winslow Award.”

Norman has established herself as a strong advocate for professional development and diversity within the firm. Through her work with WAFA’s mentoring circles and RBC Wealth Management’s internship program, she has successfully mentored women financial advisors and guided female college students in understanding business and finance, solidifying her reputation as a champion for growth and inclusion.

In addition to her advocacy of women in financial services, each year Norman dedicates over 300 hours of her time volunteering on the boards of Madison, Wis. non-profits, including the YWCA Madison, Friends of the Henry Vilas Zoo, and Second Harvest Foodbank.

The Gail Winslow Award was established in honor of Gail Winslow, a trailblazing former RBC Wealth Management financial advisor who empowered women and inspired clients during her 60-year career in financial services.
