Head, Advisor Recruiting RBC Wealth Management–U.S.
Amanda, known for her innovation and digital expertise, was one of the masterminds behind the firm’s industry-leading digital recruiting platform that accelerated RBC Wealth Management’s recruiting efforts to a new level. In her role, Amanda works directly with field leadership on effectively telling the RBC Wealth Management story in order to attract the best advisors and teams in the business, with a special focus on continuing to attract more diverse advisors to the firm. With her team, she brings a laser focus to seeing that new recruits have the most seamless and positive onboarding experience in the industry.
Amanda has spent the past decade at RBC Wealth Management – U.S., holding a variety of roles, starting with a position in the firm’s Madison, Wisconsin branch before moving into operations. She served her longest tenure in the Business Technology group as senior technology training consultant; recruit team lead, technology engagement and adoption; and senior technology experience consultant. Most recently, Amanda served as financial advisor onboarding experience manager, utilizing her tech experience to bolster the firm’s recruiting efforts. She helped build and roll out a virtual recruiting platform in response to the pivot to remote work at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She currently serves on the Board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter and is actively involved with the foundation’s Twin Cities Finest and Tomorrow’s Leaders Committees. She enjoys her work with the foundation as it provides an opportunity to honor young professionals who have shown exemplary leadership and community involvement while also raising awareness and funds for people with cystic fibrosis.
