A strategic leader who brings together technology and business goals, Jeanne is committed to leveraging digital capabilities to empower advisors and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
Jeanne has an extensive background in technology leadership, digital strategy and product innovation at leading financial services institutions. Most recently, she served as Head of Technology Governance & Program Management at State Street, where she was responsible for an enterprise-wide global portfolio. Before joining State Street, Jeanne held senior technology leadership positions at UBS and Morgan Stanley, where she built deep expertise in digital transformation, platform modernization, and delivering technology solutions that enhance both advisor productivity and client service.
At RBC Wealth Management, Jeanne plays a strategic role in shaping the future of digital capabilities and ensuring technology investments align with the firm’s growth objectives and commitment to client-first service.
Jeanne earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her MBA in Financial Management from Iona University. She lives in Westchester County, NY with her husband and two children.
