As co-head of RBC Wealth Management–U.S. Private Client Group (PCG), Wally Chapman oversees day-to-day PCG operations and leads more than 2,200 financial advisors across 43 states.
Wally began his career in the investment industry as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch in 1988. He joined RBC Wealth Management in 1995 as a financial advisor. Before being named co-head of the Private Client Group, he served as the Central divisional director, complex director in Minneapolis and branch director in Edina.
With a deep commitment to RBC’s vision and values, Wally places strong emphasis on collegiality, client service and community involvement. Wally is on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association Minnesota-North Dakota chapter.
Wally earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife have three adult children. In his spare time, Wally enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with family.
