Access RBC Wealth Management Online – wherever you are, whenever it’s convenient for you.

RBC Wealth Management‘s mobile app provides you with freedom, flexibility and secure on-the-go access to information and tools that may help enhance your client experience. Available for clients on mobile devices, the RBC Wealth Management Online app is free on the App Store® or Google Play™.

Clients who have already registered for access to RBC Wealth Management Online can log-in using the same user ID and password as the desktop version. If you are an RBC Wealth Management client, but have not yet signed up for secure access, you will need to register to access your accounts.

App features

  • Check your balance: Check your account balances, performance summaries, asset mixes, holdings and activities for specific accounts.
  • Manage your money: Transfer funds from one RBC account to another.
  • Deposit checks: Take a photo of your check and deposit into your eligible accounts.
  • Stay in touch: Send secure messages and attachments to your financial advisor.
  • Go paperless: Adjust your settings to make your accounts paperless.
  • And more: View your RBC WealthPlan, add external accounts, see market performance at a glance —including major movers and investment news, set up Touch ID and Face ID, and easily contact Client Support Services.

To download the app

Open the App Store or Google Play and type “RBC Wealth Management Online” in the search bar. Once you’ve found the “RBC WM Online U.S.” app, proceed to download. On iOS, you will be required to enter your Apple ID, use Touch ID or Face ID to install, and on Android you may be required to enter your password to install.

Secure access

Simply log in using the same user ID and password you use to access the desktop version of RBC Wealth Management Online. Enable two-step authentication to add an extra layer of security by requiring a passcode in addition to your user ID and password. Certain cash management features will require that you use two-step authentication to confirm your identity.

Cash management

  • Transfer funds: The RBC Wealth Management Online mobile app provides three ways to move money between accounts you own—between two internal accounts, from an external account depositing to an internal account and from an internal account to an external account. You can view the status of a transfer funds request or cancel a scheduled transfer directly from the app.
  • Bill pay: Conveniently make payments to merchants or to individual payees. Enrollment required.
  • Debit card management: Manage your debit cards and create travel notices.

Mobile check deposit

With mobile check deposit, you can quickly and easily deposit a check to your eligible non-retirement accounts by taking a photo of the front and back of an endorsed check with your device’s integrated camera. Follow the steps within the app to select which account to deposit into, verify deposit amounts and capture check images.¹ There is a daily deposit limit of $100,000 and a monthly deposit limit of $250,000. The feature is available for checks less than 6 months old from the date of issue and non-postdated.² Once the deposit is made, you will receive a confirmation via email, and your advisor will be notified

To get the best performance and security, confirm your device is running the latest version of iOS or Android. RBC Wealth Management values your feedback and will continue to listen and improve the app.

  1. Before depositing, verify:
    • The check is payable to the account owner or RBC Wealth Management, and endorsed on the back by the account holder
    • A date, month and year appear on the date line of the check
    • The written amount in the “Pay to the order of” line matches the $XX cash amount
    • Routing and account number on the check are not written over
  2. Additional checks not eligible for mobile deposit include cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, starter checks, international checks and U.S. savings bonds. Checks deposited before 4 p.m. Central will be posted in the account the same business day. Checks deposited after 4 p.m. will be available after 12:30 p.m. Central the following business day.
