Our active employee resource groups – including the Multicultural Employee Alliance (MEA), started in 1994; Proud RBC Individuals for Diversity and Equality (PRIDE), started in 1999; Veterans Engagement and Troop Support Group (VETS), started in 2012; and the Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA), started in 1991 — along with our involved executives, are evidence inclusion and diversity truly are a way of life at RBC Wealth Management.
