Aaron drives growth of the RBC Dominion Securities (DS) Metro Toronto region by leveraging deep industry expertise and innovative client solutions. With 20 years of enterprise leadership, he integrates AI and digital tools into thoughtful client strategies—maintaining a client-first approach to regional management.
Since joining RBC DS in 2004, Aaron has held roles across IT, business development, marketing, and advisory services—gaining comprehensive insight into client needs and market dynamics. He joined the management team in 2011and was appointed Regional Director in 2021. Today, Aaron serves on the DS Management Committee and Wealth Management Canada Operating Committee and is the Executive Sponsor of the DS Advisory Board.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father of three, community volunteer with the Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation, and an avid outdoors enthusiast.
