As vice president and regional director, Aaron Foster oversees a team of wealth advisors who provide highly personalized service to clients, including families and businesses located across metro Toronto and central and northern Ontario.
His primary focus is to build partnerships with advisors to help them elevate their wealth management practices and meet clients’ evolving needs. Looking to the future, he introduces new ways for advisors and clients to stay connected in our increasingly digital world without losing the essential human connection.
Prior to his current role, Aaron held progressively responsible senior management positions at RBC Dominion Securities and was recognized for his leadership in building the firm’s discretionary investment management business. He also led a team of business development consultants who assist advisors across Canada.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and lives in Collingwood with his wife and three children.
