Aaron Martyniw is Regional Vice President, Private Banking for Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northwest Ontario (MSNWO). He leads a high-performing team of private bankers delivering comprehensive strategies and personalized experiences to meet the unique wealth management needs of clients across the MSNWO region.

Having held several leadership positions at RBC, Aaron brings a depth of experience spanning enablement and sales roles in both integrated and commercial markets across a range of industries. Most recently, he was a key strategic advisor to the regional president and market leaders across MSNWO, supporting the execution of practice management routines to drive strong business outcomes. His diverse experience has given him a deep understanding of the importance and complexities of serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University, along with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a specialization in supply chain management and human resources from the University of Manitoba.

Invested in paying it forward and giving back to his community, Aaron serves on the board of the Gordon Howard Centre and Private Personal Care Home. He was also past director and chair of several boards including The Associates, a business community organization advancing business education at the University of Manitoba and the Selkirk and District Community Foundation Board.

Aaron is also a consistent contributor to RBC’s initiatives for Indigenous employees and communities, holding leadership roles across Indigenous-focused employee resource groups.
