Alicia Rampado is vice president and managing director, Southwestern Ontario. In this role, she works closely with the PH&N Investment Counsel leadership team to drive growth, strengthen partner relationships and position teams for success in providing the care and expertise clients expect from their family wealth stewards.
Since joining RBC PH&N Investment Counsel in April 2023, Alicia has played a pivotal role in driving strong growth, including the successful integration of our HSBC colleagues. Her dedication to fostering a business development mindset and strengthening relationships with our RBC partners has positioned our investment counselling teams for continued success.
A passional advocate for diversity and inclusion, Alicia consistently champions initiatives, that enable us to deliver care, expertise and stewardship to clients and their families at every stage of their life journey.
Alicia’s career with RBC began in 2018, building on over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. As Regional Vice President, RBC Private Insurance, she led the rapid growth of her team and business, achieving remarkable success in the high-net-worth space in under four years.
