National Head, RBC Private Banking Premier Canada
Jennifer Muir is national head, RBC Private Banking Premier. In this role, she’s responsible for RBC’s Private Banking Premier business and manages a team of regional leaders and Premier Banking advisors across Canada.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, RBC Private Banking Premier offers tailored banking and credit advice to RBC’s high-net-worth families by seamlessly integrating these services with their wealth management needs. She works with partners across RBC to drive accelerated growth across the business nationally.
Before moving to her current role, Jennifer was regional vice president of Private Banking for the Greater Toronto. In her nearly three decades with RBC, she’s held a variety of senior roles across RBC’s network. These include vice president, Private Banking, senior director, Role Strategy and Design for Canadian Banking and regional vice president, Retail. She also held roles in call centre management, sales strategy and communications and branch and operations management.
Jennifer has been the executive champion for the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for RBC in both Toronto and Vancouver. She also served as a board member for United Way and the Royal Columbian Hospital. She currently supports the Trillium Hospital Capital Campaign.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, travelling and spending quality time at home with family and friends.
