Jérôme Brassard is vice president and regional director at RBC Dominion Securities, Quebec. He provides leadership to the region’s management teams to build the future growth of Dominion Securities. Jérôme helps develop and attract the best talent of the industry to bring together the collective resources of RBC for our clients.

He’s responsible for a network of ten branches and six sub-branches with a team of more than 240 portfolio managers dedicated to providing a first-class client experience. 

In 1997, Jérôme began his career with RBC as an investment advisor in our Chicoutimi sub-branch, which was the smallest in the province at the time. He left his hometown and his investment advisory practice in 2001 to join RBC Dominion Securities’ Place Ville Marie (PVM) branch as an assistant branch director. In 2004, he was appointed branch director of the Quebec City branch, and in 2010 he returned to the PVM branch in Montreal as the branch director. 

Jérôme was appointed as regional director in 2020. He’s a member of the CIRO District Council Committee for the province of Quebec. He also serves as a member of the Dominion Securities Management Committee, the RBC Wealth Management Operating Committee and the RBC Wealth Management Risk Committee.

Active in the local community, he’s involved in fundraising for the Canadian Cancer Society and the MS Society of Canada.
