Robin Beer

Robin is co-head of RBC Europe Limited, where he helps set the strategic direction, drive synergies across RBC in Europe and oversee cross-business activities to enhance client solutions. Robin’s leadership prioritises an ambitious yet prudent approach to risk management, ensuring we scale our impact while maintaining the trust and security our clients and communities depend on.

Robin also serves as CEO of RBC Wealth Management Europe, bringing more than 25 years of financial services experience to the role. Throughout his career, Robin has developed an extensive knowledge of the wealth management sector, having held various positions at National Australia Bank, Gerrard, and Barclays Wealth. After qualifying as an investment manager early in his career, Robin went on to lead regional and national teams across the industry.

Robin joined RBC in 2022 following the acquisition of Brewin Dolphin. Prior to the acquisition, he was appointed Chief Executive of Brewin Dolphin in 2020, having previously served on the Executive Committee since 2016 while leading the intermediary business.
