Chris Matthews

Chris Matthews is Managing Director for RBC Private Wealth, part of RBC Wealth Management’s European business,

and Royal Bank of Canada (Channel Islands) Limited, our Jersey-incorporated bank.

He heads a team delivering integrated wealth management services to international and local clients, focusing on the Corporate Executive, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, and Multi-Family Office segments.

Working closely with RBC’s network of specialists across banking, credit, investments and trusts, Chris connects his clients to an extensive range of solutions available throughout the UK and internationally via the One RBC network.

Chris began his career in financial services with RBC in 2001 and has held several positions within the Jersey business over the past two decades.

He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys history, sport, travelling to new places and spending as much time with his young family as possible.
