Dominika O’Dwyer

Dominika O’Dwyer is an Associate Director for RBC Private Wealth, part of RBC Wealth Management’s European business.

Based in Jersey, Dominika partners with international high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their personal and financial goals. These strategies encompass investments, credit solutions, private banking, trust services and wealth planning.

Dominika began her career in 2012 as an Accounts Assistant for Rosscot Chartered Accountants. She joined RBC in 2015 through the Graduate Talent Programme, gaining experience across multiple teams including Corporate Employee & Executive Services, Private Client Trust, Investments and Relationship Management. In 2016, she joined Private Wealth full time as an Associate, rising to Senior Associate in 2020 before becoming Associate Director in 2022.

Born in Poland, Dominika moved to Jersey in 2010 to complete her education. She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in International Financial Services from The University of Buckingham and has earned the Private Client Investment Advice & Management (PCIAM) Level 6 qualification. In July 2025, she won the Banking category in the Jersey Finance Rising Stars Awards.

Outside of work, she enjoys Formula 1, reading and travelling.
