Ian Ritchie

Ian Ritchie is an Associate Director for RBC Wealth Management’s trust and fiduciary business.

Based in Jersey, Ian manages a team of fiduciary professionals who provide financial and estate planning services to a portfolio of private clients with connections to the UK, Europe, South Africa, Canada, USA, Singapore and Australia.

He administers a variety of assets, such as commercial and residential real estate, investment portfolios, artwork and precious metals, through a wide range of structures including family and charitable trusts and private companies.

Born in the UK, Ian entered the financial services industry in 1996 after studying law at the University of the West of England. He began his career as a Trainee Administrator at Abacus Financial Services Group, working his way through the ranks to Senior Manager. He joined RBC in 2005, following the company’s acquisition of Abacus.

Ian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and in his spare time enjoys most sports, particularly golf and cricket.
