Peter Lynch

Peter Lynch is a Director for RBC Wealth Management’s trust and fiduciary business.

Based in Jersey, he leads a team of fiduciary professionals servicing the financial and estate planning needs of a diverse, global client base. With more than 25 years of experience in managing multi-jurisdictional trust and company structures, Peter’s knowledge of structure planning for high-net-worth individuals extends to the administration of a wide range of asset classes, including marketable securities, investments, credit, and commercial and private real estate.

Peter has held director-level positions within the trust companies of several global private banks, including HSBC, UBS and Société Generale. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles focusing on trust administration, business development and operations. As such, in his current role, he is uniquely positioned to deliver outstanding fiduciary client service in an ever-more-complex operating environment.

Born in Ireland, Peter was educated at Queen’s University Belfast, where he obtained an Honours Degree in Political Science. He then entered the financial services industry in Jersey in 2000.

Peter is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds further professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Esop Institute.

Outside of the office, Peter enjoys a game of golf, when time allows, and spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also likes to relax in the outdoors, and on weekends and evenings can often be found walking his dogs on one of Jersey’s many coastal walks.
