You have the option to use our nominee service, designed to simplify administration and significantly reduce the paperwork normally associated with investments. It also complies with relevant legislation and includes appropriate safeguards and insurance cover.
Most of our charity clients hold their assets in our nominee company, a legal entity separate from RBC Brewin Dolphin. Funds are held in trust for you and are not regarded as RBC Brewin Dolphin assets.
In addition to regular meetings, we keep you informed about the performance of your charity’s investments through quarterly reports and valuations.
The reporting format can be tailored to your needs and typically includes a review of the investment strategy, market conditions and performance, together with a detailed valuation and a record of all transactions. Individual transactions are confirmed through contract notes following execution.
At any stage, you can contact your investment management team to discuss a decision in more detail or understand the rationale behind it.
Your account can be accessed online at any time through our secure server, allowing you to review your charity’s investments when needed.
