Jersey Swimarathon

Caring for Jersey’s carers, this year’s Jersey Swimarathon sponsored by RBC Wealth Management since 2007, raised an incredible sum of £120,000.

Around 4,000 swimmers took part, in the five day charity swim including over 60 team RBC Swimmers clocking up a staggering 27,000 laps. Money raised came from team sponsorship, Just Giving donations plus a donation for every lap swum from RBC Wealth Management.

£50,000 of the money raised will be donated to five local charities supporting Jersey’s carers, with the other half distributed to good causes selected by the Lions Club Jersey.

RBC is delighted to sponsor Jersey’s longest running charity event for the twelfth consecutive year, over which time has raised over £1.3 million for over 150 local good causes.
