James Box

James leads equity research at RBC Brewin Dolphin, overseeing a specialist team that manages research coverage for $10bn in global equity assets. He is a voting member of RBC Wealth’s European Investment Committee and has been instrumental in developing the firm’s investment process and research framework, with deep expertise in banks, insurers, and diversified financials.

Prior to joining RBC Brewin Dolphin a decade ago, James spent several years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the European Investment Banking division, where he advised financial services companies on M&A, strategy, capital allocation, and capital raisings. He holds an MSC in Leadership and Strategy (Distinction) from London Business School, where he was a Sloan Fellow.
